Description:

• 
  This application is an online information system targetted at individuals who have diabetes.
  
• 
  The website allows diabetics to keep track of their diabetes record, securely and at any time of the day, as long as they have a computer with Internet capability.
  
• 
  Also incorporated is a TAADIS Challenge that helps users keep track of their weight loss via visually enhanced graphs.
  
• 
  In the backstage is a simple content management system for the administrator to maintain the application and keep its content updated.
  
• 
  This assignment was done as a group project during my degree course. The interface was developed as a team with input from the client. The screen shots shown (less the home page) shows parts of the project with functionalities that were done by me.
